Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Canada and the US are our fastest destinations.

How long will my order take?
Each TROPIQ product is made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days after you place the order. Shipping after that is usually:
— Canada: 5–10 business days
— United States: 4–8 business days
— UK, EU, Australia: 10–30 business days

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you charge for shipping?
Yes — shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what you ordered. We don't currently offer free shipping.

What about customs and duties for international orders?
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These are not included in your shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Products

How are TROPIQ products made?
Every item is custom-printed for you. Our print partners use a process called sublimation for fabric products (like beach towels), which fuses the design into the fibers rather than printing on top. This means the color won't crack, peel, or fade.

What materials do you use?
Our beach towels are 52% polyester / 48% cotton with a soft cotton loop backing. Material details for other products are listed on each product page.

Do you make products in different sizes?
For the items where size matters (like apparel), each product page has a size chart. The beach towel comes in one generous standard size: 30" × 60".

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
Each product is custom-printed, so slight variations in color or alignment can happen between items. The photos on our product pages are accurate representations, but a tiny bit of variation is normal.

Orders and returns

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel for a full refund as long as production hasn't started — usually within 24 hours of ordering. Email support@shoptropiq.ca with your order number as soon as possible.

Do you accept returns?
Because every product is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or color preference. We can offer a replacement or refund only if:
— Your order arrived damaged or defective
— Your order was misprinted (wrong design, color, or size from what you ordered)
— Your order was never delivered

In those cases, email support@shoptropiq.ca within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

How do refunds work?
Refunds go to your original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Account and payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. PayPal coming soon.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. We use Shopify Payments, which is PCI-compliant and processes payments through industry-standard encrypted connections. We never see or store your full card number.

Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. But creating an account makes it easier to track orders and reorder favorites.

Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet. We're working on it.

Are TROPIQ products eco-friendly?
Because every product is made to order, we don't produce excess inventory that ends up unsold. That's better than the traditional retail approach. We're also exploring more sustainable materials for future product launches.
